The viscosities of binary aqueous solutions of L-alanine, potassium dihydrogen citrate (KH2Cit), and tripotassium citrate (K3Cit) have been measured at T ) (293.15, 298.15, 303.15, and 308.15) K. To obtain the effect of potassium citrate salts on the transport behavior of L-alanine in aqueous solutions, the viscosities of L-alanine in aqueous solutions of (0.18 (mass fraction 0.04), 0.50, and 1.00) mol · kg-1 KH2Cit and in aqueous solutions of (0.14 (mass fraction 0.04), 0.50, and 1.00) mol · kg-1 K3Cit at T ) (293.15, 298.15, 303.15, and 308.15) K have also been measured as a function of the concentration of amino acids. These data have been used to calculate viscosity B coefficients of KH2Cit, K3Cit, and alanine at different temperature
