A semitransparent perovskite solar cell is designed and simulated by replacing the metallic back-contact of a conventional perovskite solar cell with a transparent conducting material. To achieve the highest power conversion efficiency (PCE), three different materials as back-contacts, including ITO, IZO, and IHO, are exploited, Albedo sunlight is applied and consequently the results are compared. IOH is proved to offer the highest PCE. Finally, with IOH as back-contact, illuminating the incident light from both sides, and attaching two antireflection coatings to front and back-contacts with thicknesses of 100 and 80 nm, respectively, it is observed that the PCE offered by the semitransparent solar cell increases from 18.21% to 19.69%.
