چکیده With the emergence of behaviour, psychology, humanity psychology in recent years, the focus of scholars shifted from teaching and methodology to learning and individual factors. Individual factors such as learning style and strategy have crucial role in the area of second language learning. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between learning style and use of strategies for reading and writing. To this aim a number of 45 female EFL learners from Andishe language institute in Saqqez were chosen as the subject of the study. After making sure about their general language proficiency by administering OPT, and standard reading comprehension and two questionnaire were distributed. First a learning style questionnaire was distributed to penetrate the style and the correlations of the styles used by the learners; and second a language learning strategy to find the strategies they used and establish the correlations. The obtained raw data was gathered and feed into SPSS. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results of inferential data showed that there is a significant relationship between learning style and the use of strategies for reading. Consequently, all the three null-hypotheses of the study were rejected.
