NiMnGa alloy nanowires and thin films were electrodeposited from acidic sulphate baths into nanoporous anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) template and on the copper substrate respectively. The effect of bath composition, electrodepositing current density and electrolyte pH were explored on the deposition combinations. It was seen that by increasing MnSO4 in the bath composition the Mn content was increased in each deposition and the both Ni and Ga content were decreased. Increasing electrodepositing current density caused increasing Mn content and decreasing both Ni and Ga. By increasing electrolyte pH the Ni content was increased, Ga content was decreased but Mn content was nearly constant. It was shown that the nanowires magnetic parameters such as coercivity and magnetization were decreased by increasing Mn and Ga content in the deposits.
