In this research, Nonlocal continuum theory is used to investigate the small-scale effects on the vibration behavior of Nanoplate on elastic foundation in thermal environment. Classical Plate Theory (CLPT) and First-Order Shear Deformation Theory (FSDT) of plates are implemented using the nonlocal differential constitutive relations of Eringen, Navier’s approach with simple support boundary conditions has been used to solve the governing equation. The vibration characteristics are presented with different models. The influences of the small-scale, half-wave numbers, the ratios of the width to the thickness and percentage difference are discussed. From this work, it can be observed that the half-wave number and long plate has influence.
