چکیده	Red clover is an important forage legume in temperate regions throughout the world. Red clover has recently received considerably interest as a valuable source of flavonoids. Especially red clover has been demonstrated to contain high level of isoflavone which is one of flavonids subclasses.RNA interference which is a technique to study gene function used to silence isoflavone synthase gene a key gene to synthase isoflavone enzyme.
