Carbon nanotubes are one of the most important nanostructure materials, which is promising as immobilization substances because of their significant mechanical strength, high electrical conductivity, high surface area and good chemical stability [1]. Transition metal complexes have recently emerged as some of the most promising materials used especially in the field of homogenous and heterogeneous catalysis including photo-catalysis and electro-catalysis [2].
