چکیده Electric power is one of the most important elements of society in terms of the need to remain function after an earthquake. Efforts to improve the post-earthquake power system resiliency, therefore, can reduce the negative economic and social impacts of earthquakes. In this paper, a real time methodology is proposed to improve post-earthquake resiliency of power supply systems. The methodology is new in that it optimizes the restoration plan considering all possible path flows that supply power flow to distribution substations, therefore, the most reliable path flow to each distribution substation could be found. Further, performance of the optimized worker allocation and restoration priority is evaluated by considering economic importance of customers. The methodology considers all possible earthquake hazards that might affect the system. Then a computer program has been developed for the proposed methodology. The proposed methodology is applied to power supply network of Tehran Regional Electric Company (TREC) as a large-scale power network under all seismic hazards. Obtained results show the good tendency as to restoration curves when compared with ones during past earthquakes. Simulated results show rational outputs applicable to the restoration plan for power supply systems.
