Let R nad S be reduced rings with identity whose idempotents are central, and let M be an (R,S)-bimodulesuch that ann_r(M)=0. In this paper, we determine first the structure of automorphisms of the upper triangular ring T determined by R, M, and S, and then for all automorphisms alpha and beta of T we determine the strucure of alpha-beta derivations of T.
