چکیده	Making risk analyses during the design process economises the time and cost of the design and increases safety in industrial systems. In this paper we developed and applied a method that can be used through the design process to provide a productivity/safety perception simultaneously. We defined the risk entities (danger zones, risks, dangerous events, barriers and targets) in a hierarchical structure. These entities can be associated with products and resources through the production process
