چکیده	Total Quality Management (TQM) refers to management methods used to enhance quality and productivity in business organizations. Intellectual Capital refers to all resources that determine the value of an organization, and the competitiveness of an enterprise. This study tries to investigate the impact of intellectual capital on total quality management in Tehran stock exchange. The needed data was gathered through a questionnaire. In order to test the independence of errors, Durbin Watson statistic and linear correlation coefficient were used. Canonical correlation analysis, multiple regression and SPSS software were used to test hypotheses. According to the research findings, intellectual capital has influence on using TQM technique. Compared with physical and human capitals, structural capital has more influence on using TQM technique.
