چکیده	In this paper, a budget-constrained dynamic capacitated facility location network design problem is investigated that minimize the total travel costs for customers and operating costs of capacitated facilities and network. This problem deals with the determination of the optimal time and location to open capacitated facilities and design of the underlying network, simultaneously when demand and cost parameters are time varying and there is a budget constraint on investment in facilities and links for each period during planning horizon. Also, an algorithm is proposed to solve some instances.
