چکیده Nowadays, universiteis are essential parts of educational systems.  Till now, various models with different approaches to strategic positioning are deployed in defining position within the various industries. Balanced  scorecard as one of the powerful models for strategic positioning, analyzes all aspects of the organizing evenly. In this paper BSC can be used as a tool to make the university more efficient and effective in implementing vision mission of organization, strategy and performance measurement on faculty, department or even supporting department strategic plan. So, the purpose of this article is Design and Implementation Balance Scorecard system in Iranian educational organizations (especially universities) to improve efficienty of them.
