Abstract
|
Regarding the negative environmental impacts of conventional agriculture the importance of alternative agriculture is increasing. The solution is moving toward organic agriculture in terms of more application of sustainable inputs such as biological fertilizers. The results revealed that application of vermicompost, PGPR and zeolite improved growth, yield and essential oil production of Pimpinella anisum L. In addition the application of biological inputs not only have a positive effect on quantitative and qualitative yield, but also provide the safety of environment.
