Abstract
|
Carbon nanotubes are a kind of inorganic material with a nano-structure, which is promising as an immobilization substance because of its significant mechanical strength, high surface arca, excellent electrical conductivity and good chemical stability [1]. The modified electrode was fabricated by incorporation of vanadium —salen on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT’ s) physically adsorbed on the surface glassy carbon electrode. A pair of well-defined and nearly reversible peaks for V (Salen) was obtained in p1-I 3.O(O.1M phosphate buffer). Multiwall carbon nanotubes can greatly promote the electron transfr between V (Salen) and electrode surface.
