The Co-Sn-P nanowires were made using chemical electrodeposition with alternating current in the porous anodic aluminum oxide template. The magnetic properties, morphology, chemical and crystalline structure of samples are measured by Alternating Gradient Force Magnetometer, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and Spectroscopy of X-ray Diffraction.By adding Phosphor to (Co99Sn1) electrolyte, the coercivity field of nanowires decreased from 1260 Oe (Co99Sn1) to 550 Oe ((Co99Sn1)95 P5) For study the effect of temperature on the magnetic properties of nanowires, fabricated nanowires were annealed in the temperature range between 300C and 500C It was observed that the coercivity field of (Co99Sn1)95 P0.1 nanowire increases from 803 Oe at room temperature to 1200 at 550C.
