Abstract

Today, because of cardiovascular and respiratory failures, development of machine life and anxiety caused by human’s individual and social life, the rate of fatality is increasing in the world. Thoughtful people in the area of health believe that sport may somewhat struggle with these phenomena. On this basis, the fitness industry having this strategy has faced public attention, since it requires no significant expertise and skill, and until today, we have been observing its development in the diversity of courses and corresponding creativities daily in order to increase hope in life in addition to playing a health-oriented role. Hence, according to the importance of the subject and development of this industry in recent years, we are about to investigate the fitness industry in Iran. Definition of fitness industry: The body fitness is health and wellness in general, and ability to perform aspects of sport, tasks and daily activities in particular. Around 1950, according to industrial revolution and the World War II, the term ‘fitness’ increased 10 times in the western native language. The modern definition of body fitness is a person’s or machine’s ability to perform a given task and comprehensively, human’s compatibility to counteract different statuses which in turn, results in an interaction between human body fitness and attractiveness. Hence, it has mobilised the global body fitness industry and body fitness equipment. Based on this particular performance, body fitness is attributed to the personnel having significant aerobic or non-aerobic abilities, that is, having strength or stability. A comprehensive definition of body fitness has been explained by Greg Glass man in Cross Fit magazine: increase in work capacity over wide time period and in given areas, that is, dominance on some physical fitness features including strength, stability, velocity, balance, coordination and ability to improve the level of works performed in each one of these areas during a given time. A fitness program is useful when an individual becomes better in all contexts of body fitness, not only for example regarding cardiovascular-respiratory stability or just weight practice (Wikipedia, 2019 update).
