Overall, Experiencing Persian Heritage: Perspectives and Challenges addresses important perspectives and ongoing issues and challenges in the positioning of Iran in the world tourism map. Additionally, it seems that editors have successfully achieved their main goals to foster collaboration and expanded the network between Iranian and non-Iranian scholars. In this regard, a total of 40 authors from 11 countries and 27 universities around the world have contributed to this book. Accordingly, it can be said that this book which gives an international vision on tourism in Iran, could provide helpful information and become a rigorous reference for students, scholars, and practitioners. Furthermore, as one of the first projects, the present book may establish a basis for additional collaborative books on tourism in Iran.
