conclusion these data suggest that acute RE increase oxidative DNA damage,but does not affect tumor suppressor p53protein and caspase-9 and caspase-3. Generally, regarding to the above results,it can mentioned that RE with high and medium intensity has no effect on apoptosis is response in resistance trained athletes.
