The enormous range ot composition, and acid—base and redox properties of polyoxometalates, coupled with their structural diversity, attracts attention in many fields of science. Continuing our synthesis and catalytic behavior studies on polyoxometalates, here we report the synthesis, structure and valance bond calculation of arsenutungstoceratc( IV), [(A sW9O34)2(OCeOH2)3]12-.
