This study was aimed to compare the effectiveness of rational, behavioral and emotive therapy (R.E.B.T) and Person-centered therapy (PCT) on self-differentiation Among Divorce Applicant Clients. All Divorce Applicant Clients in Sanandaj counseling centered were considered as the population under study, 112 0f whom were selected through stratified random sampling method for self-differentiation. From those diagnosed with Differentiation of Self Inventory-2 (DSI-2), 42 subjects were randomly assigned to three groups (14 subjects in each Group), therefore, three groups were formed PCT, REBT, control group. The recovery indices (dependent variables) employed were the Subjects of self-differentiation, which were measured twice before and after Interventions of (DSI-2 scale. The results showed that REBT and PCT were effective on self-differentiation. Also were influential in recovery self-differentiation in following up stage.
