This study has been done by objective of identifying influential field factors on settlement of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) . on the strength of previous accomplish ed studies including examined factors in this research are cultural structural,managerial,infrastructural, technological,and human factors. For this goal, 10 companies of Kurdistan ,s insurance companies have examined . This paper in term of objective is practical and data collection method is descriptive and survey type. Questionnaire instrument has been used for data collection . results obtained from this study show that cited factors is influential on successful settlement of customer relationship management in the insurance industry and among them human and cultural factors have most influence on settlement of customer relationship management in the insurance industry.
