In this work the effects of chameleon scalar field on the evaluation of brane (our Universe) is studied. One brane is selected (like RSII model) which is embedded on y = 0. By taking a FLRW as the centric of space-time, the Friedmann equations are acquired, and after considering these equation at early time and late time one can realized that there is an exponential expansion at early time which may be related to inflation. For having an accelerating expansion Universe we have to be $\omega<-3/2$ which is in a perfect mach with observation .
