Unemployment among university graduates is a problem that has increased in recent years in Iran. Disregarding to that will have the crisis social consequences. Their attitudes are broader and more analytical and implementation of their planned and structured as intellectual capital can strengthen entrepreneurship approach along high value-added. In this study, one of the qualitative research methods as descriptive phenomenology approach Collaizzi was used. The Data were gathered through a semi-structured interview with nineteen unemployed graduate that have Master or PhD degrees in Kurdistan University. In order to identify entrepreneur’s potential ideas and reasons of unemployment or waiting intellectual capitals was conducted in 2013. Findings of this paper indicate that causes of waiting intellectual capitals that graduated includes categories such as financial constraints, poor information, educational barriers, weak laws, cultural, social and family barriers, personality characteristics and as well as error thinking. These findings by new management in executive and educational organizations can be resulted to understanding their problems and provide more realistic obstacles and finally create substrates to employment and economic development.
