Engineers have served human societies during the history such that many aspects of civilization development depend heavily on their works form macro scale constructions to micro scale designs. There is an undeniable relationship between civilization and engineers. These services have put a great deal of inputs into the roadmap of development while the assessment of their negative impacts has been neglected. However, within less than a decade in the new millennium, we have witnessed some of the most devastating natural disasters ever recorded in human history, having been previously treated by engineers. A probable reason for that would be this fact that engineers do not consider natural laws in their designs. They only adhere by gray engineering laws while green environmental laws are mostly forgotten. These disasters may be intensified until engineers convince to apply green aspects of their thoughts to their designs. Any green engineering design must be technically possible, practically feasible, socially acceptable, economically defendable, environmentally justifiable, and artistically lovable. If an engineer persuades to apply environmental laws in his/her designs, one can call him as a green engineer, a person who is needed for protection of the nature and for future of the environment.
