The concept of the method of maximum likelihood estimation for unknown parameters of density of fuzzy random variable is porposed in this paper. Due to " resolution identity ", we can construct closed fuzzy number from a family of closed intervals and we can construct the (Zadeh) probability density of fuzzy random variable from the known probability density function. In order to find the method of maximum likelihood estimation for unknown parameters of (Zadeh) probability density of fuzzy random variable, we show that the parameters of this density are the parameters of probability density of assummed random variable and the parameters of membership function which regards a random variable
