The purpose of this study is to anallyse between knowledge management and project quality management and the effect of knowledge management on project quality management. This study determines the component of knowledge management and its highest effect on project quality management. Result show that the project quality management of this study for analyzing the relationship among this variables was designed and the model was used to analysed the relationship among these variables in construction industry in kurdistan province.
