In the survey of Iranian software organizations, we test a model of work-directed cognitions and performance evaluates using structural equation modeling. The developed framework indicates satisfaction at work, productivity at work, and quality of work as results of organizational culture. Further, satisfaction and productivity at work and quality of work are hypothesized as most important to firm profitability and growth while quality of work is displayed as a supporter to organizational innovation.The results of the study provide support for the developed model and direct to a number of conclusions and suggestions for theory and practice
