Parkinson’s disease is one of the most prevalent neurodegenerative diseases which occurs in high ages. The model of disease can be made in laboratory using several various methods. The advancement achieved in the last two decades is owed to using these models, including a better insight into the etiology, pathology and molecular mechanisms involved in Parkinson’s disease. Although making these models is not easy and it’s necessary to see the clinical and pathological symptoms of the disease in the model. The ideal model is one which be completely reproducible and exhibit all symptoms of the disease. Our aim in this study was to develop a model with high reproducibility and similar to the actual state of Parkinson’s disease.
