Introduction

Behzad Izadi, PhD. is currently working as an Associate Professor at University of Kurdistan, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sanandaj, Iran. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Physical Education, in 2005. In 2008, He completed his master’s degree at the Tarbiat Modares University, Faculty of Humanities Sciences – defending a master’s thesis entitled ‘Risk Management practices in Sport’. He obtained his PhD in Sport Management from Tarbiat Modares University, Faculty of Humanities Sciences in 2012, defending a PhD dissertation entitled “Relationship Marketing in Sport”. He has authored more than 40 publications and three books.
