Abstract

In this research work, we synthesized CuCo-MOF bimetallic nanoparticles using the easy hydrothermal method. These CuCo-MOF nanostructures had weak catalase-like property. After calcination at high temperature and nitrogen atmosphere, the nanoparticles aggregated in the form of leaves and formed CuCo-NC nanostructures, which at the same time showed excellent catalase properties. The results show that the nanostructure obtained after calcination of CuCo-NC has a much better catalase activity than CuCo-MOF. We used this nanostructure as nanozyme catalase in neutral pH to detect hydrogen peroxide electrochemically at the electrode surface
