Influence of terms of introduction of explants into culture on manifestation of morphological and physiological characteristics in strawberry varieties Bogema and hybrids 700 and 8 have been studied in Moscow agricultural academy. Apical meristems were introduced into Morashige-Skoog (MS) growth medium with addition of BAP, l mg/1, IBA, 0. l mg/1 and GA, 0. l mg/1 (for regeneration) and into l/2 MS growth medium with addition of IBA, 0.05 mg/l (for rooting) in different terms - end of January, beginning and the middle of May and beginning of November.
