In this paper, we discuss on the application of wavelet collocation method for the numerical solution of population balance differential equation which is based on the use of the auto-correlation functions of Daubechies compact supported wavelets. For this purpose, we first approximate the derivative of auto-correlation functions, then by using the interpolation property of this functions, approximate the solution.
