Title Assessment of genetic diversity of accessions of the grapevine (vitis vinifera) cultivars Bidane sefid and Farkhi from Kurdistan province (west of Iran)
Type Presentation
Keywords Grapevine, nuclear microsatellite, chlorotype , molecular analysis
Abstract Seventeen accession of Bidane sefid and Bidane qermez and eighteen accession of Farkhi from Kurdistan province (west of Iran) were analyzed in the present work. Analysis was performed at nine nuclear microsatellite (VVS2,VMD5, VMD7, VMD27, ZAG62, AZG79,VVMD25, VVMD28, VVMD32) and four chloroplast microsatellite (cpssr3, cpssr10, ccssr5, ccssr9) 1oci. In some Bidane sefid accession (17, 42, and 87) showed a different allelic profil at 1 out of 9 microsatellite analyzes loci. Allelic profile of Farkhi and Bidane sefid was similar in seven loci. However, they are quite different morphologically. These results may indicate that they were originated from each after mutation in som genes. Five accessions in Fakhri group (2, 4, 22, 33, 39) had different allelic profile and therefore were considered not to belong to the cv. Farkhi. Bidane sefid and Farkhi chlorotype was (C) similar to Sultanine. Chlorotype of 2, 4, 22, 33 and 39 of Farkhi accessions was (D).
