In this research, the biomarkers sperm and sex steroids of the serum such as testosterone (T), dihydroxyprogesterone (DHP) and their relationships were investigated in kutum (Rutilus kutum). There were not significant between T and DHP with biomarkers sperm just there was significant negative relationship between sperm during movement and T (r= -0.627, P<0.05).
