Learning to program is difficult and challenging especially for novice learners. Every aid to free beginners from memorizing syntax and notations, will lead to faster program development. In this paper we present an easy to learn and syntax free form based programming method and tool, named "I Programming Language". No syntax error will take place in it. Thus the programmer will save the time for coding and debug and never need to compile. IPL is like an upper layer over all current programming languages. IPL owns some restrictions. Current prototype of it has limited capabilities but it is extendable easily.
