The aim of this research is the survey of entrepreneurships readiness of physical education students with emphasis on gender in Governmental and private University. Research Method was based on descriptive study. Statistical populations were 300 male and female students of last two semesters in University of Kurdistan and Islamic Azad university sanandaj. The entrepreneurships dimensions consist of acceptation of risk, animus, creativeness, independence and success. The study is done random simple stratified sampling of university students from Kurdistan university and Azad university branch of sanandaj (n=52, 52% female and 48%male).The instrument for data collection was standard (USA Entrepreneurial development center) including personal characteristics and entrepreneurships readiness dimensions questionnaires .in this study alph chorobach was 0.87 and statistical analysis was the Kolomogrof-Smirnow, Pearson´s correlation coefficient and in depended t test. The results show that: there is no significant difference between entrepreneurships readiness dimensions of average points of physical education students in University of Kurdistan and Azad university sanandaj. Also more creativeness have been seen in that group which have not information about marketing understanding in their discipline, and also there is no significant difference between entrepreneurships readiness dimensions of average points(acceptation of risk: t= -1/263,p=0/213; animus:t= -1/103,p=0/275; creativeness: t= - 0/622,p=0/537; independence: t= -0/806,p=0/424; success:t= -1/697,p=0/096) based on gender segmentation. This study showed entrepreneurship readiness of physical education students according to entrepreneurships dimensions, and also estimated have been in low rate that this research was reminding more attention of authorities in having lessons in this field. In the other hand important matter of low of entrepreneurship was bass on marketing traditional in Iran.
