The purpose of this study was to investigate the prediction of organizational time management skill of physical education managers through their personal time management skill. The method was correlative. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the ideas of the scope of experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha after a pilot test. The inferential statistics used in this research was multiple regressions. The software SPSS was used in order to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that personal time management skill is a significant predictor for goal setting, priority processing of the activities and goals, operational planning and management of the meetings. Therefore, there is a great necessity for training time management skills in our organizations in a way that organizational time management skill to be improved in managers and there will be further step toward competency-ordered.
