The synthesis, characterization and application of a class of early transition metal complexes for catalyzing organic synthesis were studied intensively in the last years. The Salen complexes are catalysts in enantio selective acyl transfer reactions between enolesters and secondary alcohols . A large number of TM Salen complexes with differents compositions had been reported in the litratur. Some of this family of compounds show unique physico-chemicals propreties, as europium Salen complexes have excellent luminescence behaivor [3]. Herein the role of Coordination Chemistry of Early Transition Metals complexes were presented.
