Given the importance of organizational trust and the trust is an essential factor to individual and organizational success, too. Thus the purpose of this research is; examine the relation between communication skills, organizational culture and organizational trust in youth and sport administration of west of country and presentation template. This study subjects includes all managers and the staff of the youth and sport administrations in west Azabayejan. They were 330 people. They were all selected as samples of that subject because the number of them wasnot a lot. Among them, 310 people answered the questionaire of individual characteristics and the organizational trust questionaire prepared by Seyed Javadin stability of (0.87) Barton G.E communication skill questionaire stability (0.81) and the Globe organizational culture questionaire stability (%75). The relationship between variables were analyzed by descriptive and deductional method.The out come show that there is a meaningful relationship between the culture and trust Also between communication skill and organizational trust in an organizational on the level of (p<0.05). Therefore the implementation of measuring model to analyze the communication skill and organizational trust and culture emphasize the conceptual model of the research. the youth and sport administrations.
