Abstract

Duration 90– 100 minutes, plus two additional classes for the optional activity (simulation). Learning objectives Upon completing the case, participants will be able to: • understand the main elements related to the marketing mix in hospitality marketing, specifically service- based business • explain the main components of integrated service management in a local chain restaurant • analyse local food and beverage marketing and management from a managerial perspective and recommend ideas for growth • apply critical thinking abilities in new situations.
