Abstract

Since the drug has a direct relationship to the health of human beings and non-regulatory and regulatory oversight in the manufacturing, distribution, sales, imports and exports, it may put to the physical integrity of citizens. The purpose of this study was to investigate drug crimes by professional medical practitioners in the penal system of Iran. Descriptive research method is via taking notes of library resources, the Internet, and to review and evaluate the appropriateness of the penalty in a drug crime and a breakdown by type of crime have been investigated. Instances of drug offenses by the Medical Practitioners include: Purchase and sale of illegal drugs by individuals, Avoiding the distribution and delivery of medicines, administration of Technical Institute medicines by ineligible persons, Conversion Date of drug consumption by operator's pharmacy and pharmacies, Infringement of prescription rating by the authorities, costly selling drug firm's distribution, Distribution corrupt drugs or short expenditure data, forbidden imports of drug by importers, producers and institutes or drug's firms, Making unauthorized drug by drug distributors companies. The results of existing laws in drug offenses by the Medical Practitioners indicated that the closure of local crime and incarceration rates are proportional to the crime, but are not proportional to the amount of the fine. The survey results showed that there are an abundance of hand problems in Chinese's medicine in the country today is that not enough attention was still in the drug law offenses.
