Introduction
I am an assistant professor in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Kurdistan, I am a PhD student in Accounting, University of Tehran. I am interested in the field of financial accounting, management accounting and research methods in accounting, especially in the field of quality. I have a professional work experience at the level of financial manager in good and big companies in Tehran and I have been working and teaching at the university for almost a decade.
