The purpose of this research was Comparison of strength and speed capabilities of mentally retarded student. Subjects were composed of 15 trainable mental retarded (TMR) females 10 to12 years old that for 8 week, participated. Variables measured included: maximal speed, Maximal performance, grip strength and Explosive leg power. Analysis of data Through of descriptive statistics, analysis of variance with repeated measures ANOVA within Intergroup was performed, Results showed that There was no significant difference in all indices of speed and power measured in eight steps is, but This progress, in Maximal performance, More than the other parameters were (P< %5).
