This paper analysis the effect of measure of openness on stock market’s performance in the Iran economics. The pattern designed in this paper used method of ARDL for achievement in short term and long term relationship between variables. This paper used time series quarterly data from 1383:01-1393:04 for estimating patterns model. The result shows the effect of openness and foreign investment is positive and meaningful and effect of exchange rate is negative and meaningful on achievement of stoke. Effect of oil price is negative in short term although meaningless in long term. It is suggested that the country with increases in export and import in other words increases openness and decreases exchange rate try to attract foreign investment. Absorbed capital in this way can be in stock market or other infrastructure of country’s economics make changes and make positive impact on them.
