The current study attempted to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture dimensions in public (governmental) organization of Iran. The study used Denison model. Data collected for the year 2010. The two types of questionnaire used to collect data. The statistical population is all the staff of public organizational of Iran. The public organizational selected as sample units are: Commercial, Housing and Urban Development, Finance and Industry and Mines. The total sampled from all the four was selected and questionnaire sent them to fill are about 226 staffs and while finally 190 staffs filed the questionnaire and returned. The results showed that, there is significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture dimensions (i.e. Involvement, consistency, adaptability and Mission) at one per cent level. The correlation between the different dimensions of organizational culture was studied and it showed that all of them were highly correlated at one per cent level.
