In this study, by combining the photovoltaic thermal collector and the thermoelectric modules in the air mode, it was tried to provide the necessary hot air for the dryer and to increase output power. In simple photovoltaic mode, the electrical efficiency and output power were found 10.65% and 68.2 W, respectively. At solar radiation intensity of 1000 W/m2, and In PVTTE combination mode, the electrical efficiency, output power and the input temperature of the dryer were calculated 11.63%, 77.5 W and 42°C, respectively. If the number of thermoelectric modules behind the panel reaches 70, the power generated reaches 159 W. The optimum mass flow rate of air was found 0.011 kg/s.
