Introduction
I have completed primary, secondary, and high school educations in Sanandaj (Center of Kurdistan Province in the west of Iran) from 1981 to 1993. I started my studies at the Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran in Business Administration from 1994 to 2009. My Major Studies was Business Administration but at Master my minor was financial Management and at the PhD studies it was Business policy making (Strategic Management). Since 2009 as a member of the faculty, I started my job at the University of Kurdistan in Sanandaj, at the Department of Business Administration and have experienced some administrative responsibilities at UOK such as Dean of Business Administration Department and Director of the Budgeting and Organization of the University. I am invited as a visiting researcher From July, 2019 until July 2020 at the Department of Business in the Uppsala University.
