Abstract

Entomocide substances bitoxybacillin (BTB), lepidocid, dendrobacillin are produced as biotechnology synthesis of several subspecies of Bacillus thuringiensis. They are relatively long period (more then 20 years) and wide (7-8 millions ha, 1990) used at forestry and agriculture in Russia. The research of the accumulation process of -exotoxins (-ET) under industrial production of BTB and investigation of its influence at plant resume the following consequences:1. It was found exegetic metabolite (EM) with entomocide properties like -ET at cultural liqueur. 2. EM induce pH medium shift to alkaline area and didn't react with BaCl2. These properties differ EM from -ET. 3. EM and -ET UV-spectra are close each other, but differ at IR area.4. Toxins with the properties close to EM are found at dendrobacilline and lepidocide, which not produce -ET. 5. Exogenic metabolites extracted from substances mentioned above inhibit DNA-dependent RNA polymerize (from E. coly). 6. The substantial influence -ET and EM to plants was established. The results appoint to needness of the further improve to industrial biotechnology and application of bacterial insecticides.
