In this paper, we investigate the behavior of linearized gravitational excitation in the R3 extension of new massive gravity in AdS3 space. We show that this higher-order gravity propagate two graviton with different mass on AdS3 background. This model has two critical points, where the massive gravitons become massless and the graviton energies are zero.
